[evlatests] Early results

    A quick report (while BPASS is running ...)

    21 working antennas!

    Antenna 6 fringes weakly in all subbands and polarizations (as 
expected).
    Antenna 13 gives no fringes, as expected (no receiver)
    Antenna 25 in RCP gives perfect zeros for the visibility, and noise 
in LCP. 
    Antenna 26 in LCP gives perfect zeros, but is o.k. in RCP
    Antenna 27 is o.k. in RCP, but gives only noise in LCP.

    All others are great.  Amplitudes and phases are perfectly stable. 

    There are some 'zero visibilities', not associated with those listed 
above -- CLIP found 16,128 such records, which is a fraction of 0.048% 
of the total. 

    Delays are +/- 200 nsec.
