[evlatests] First SDM+BDF written since the shutdown

We've successfully written the first real data set (SDM+BDF) since
the shutdown, and taken those data through CASA into AIPS.  This
required a fair bit of work by hand -- e.g., the archive is currently
not working -- but phase vs. time and the basic spectra look OK.

I am tossing these data off to Rick for more detailed checking; no
doubt he will report on this a few minutes later ;)
