[evlatests] ea02-C spikes are back

The 125 kHz spikes of ea02 IF C are showing up again. There were seen in
both C and K-band observations on August 20. The bandwidths were 0.25 MHz
for the C-band, and 1 MHz for the K-band observations. Each had 256 spectral
channels. The attached plots are amp vs. freq of all baselines to ea02 in
stokes LL.
