[evlatests] High speed samplers installed by June 2011 Presentation

There will be a "Effort required to have High speed samplers installed 
by June 2011"  Presentation Thursday April 8 at 2:30 in the DSOC auditorium.

The purpose is to discuss the impact of accelerating the installation of 
3-bit capable DTS modules in the EVLA array.  The impact on the 
commissioning scientific staff, the EVLA retrofitting schedule and Array 
operations will be presented.

A straw man schedule for the installation is attached.
