[evlatests] L-Band Phase Drifts -- the correct version

    Below are the *correct* observed phase drifts from the 6-hour L-band 
run. 

    Eight of the antennas have zero drifts. 
   
    The only antennas with a drift are, along with the total phase 
change over 5.5 hours:

    3     +70 degrees
    19   -15  deg.
    24   +60 deg.
