[evlatests] NGC6207 HI looks good

We took about a half-hour of data on a nearby galaxy (NGC 6207) last week
as a basic spectral line sanity check. A quick reduction shows that
the data look reasonable -- the galaxy is the right size, has the correct
(modulo the usual rotation) orientation, appears at the right velocity,
and has the correct rotation curve. See attached plots:
n6207hi_profile.jpg -- HI scaled flux density vs. velocity
n6207hi_lv.jpg -- flux density as f(major axis position, velocity)
                          (approximate)
n6207hi_rhee96.jpg -- the same stuff from WSRT short (2 hour)
observations, Rhee & van Albada 1996
