[evlatests] ea27 getting closer

Doug pronounced ea27 'pointable' for tests this afternoon.
We tried and found that delays and pointing are good enough
to tell that the polarizations out of the X band receiver
are swapped.  That is probably enough for one week.

In addition, as Doug has noted, the FRM is not doing too well
in focus.

I am prepared to try again next week whenever everybody is ready.
