The current state is cautious optimism:

James 'fixed' NTP yesterday evening before 5 PM.
Things sloshed around and settled overnight.
There have been no phase jumps detectable in the past eight hours.
Monitoring continues and an update will be issued this evening.

All data between Mar 10, UT 13:00 and Mar 19, UT 09:00, is affected,
but, as has been said before, there are stretches of a few hours when
no phase jumps happen.
