[evlatests] Initial L-band results

    An hour of L-band data were taken last evening, on our northern 
point source.  Two of the four sub-bands are sufficiently free of RFI to 
permit easy calibration. 

    1)  Other than the (usual!?) oddities near the beginning of the 
hour-long run, there were *no* phase jumps of any kind.

    2) Numerous amplitude jumps are seen, usually of the n-dB variety (n 
= an integer). 

    3) I'll report on wobbles, and other exotica,  after lunch.
