[evlatests] Some Good News

I formed a single vector-averaged spectrum of the X-band data taken
23 June. After removing the bizarre baseline 23 x 25, the single
spectrum shows a nice result: All four sub-bands (after bandpass and
gain calibration) fit together perfectly -- essentially a seamless
single spectrum. The bandpass is flat to better than 1 part in 1000, in
both amplitude and phase.

After applying a heavy Hanning smoothing, some bandpass 'rumble' is
seen: at about 1 part in 4000 in amplitude, and about 10 millidegrees
in phase.

The 8192 birdie is also visible -- seen only on the short baselines.
