[evlatests] WIDAR-0 full pol'n, 2 subband pairs all the way through to AIPS

In another first, we have now taken data with all four pol'n products
(RR RL LR LL) all the way through to AIPS.  The only annoyance is that we
cannot record auto-correlations; I am punting on this issue until we switch
to the new SDM+BDF, hopefully next week.

I will report on these data tomorrow.
