[evlatests] no accumulated water

I have examined the results of all the frequency bands in the stress tests
that were run over the past two weeks. Except for some problems which we
were already aware of, the effective Tsys values of the antennas are within
the normal bounds, and nothing seems to indicate any leakage or water
accumulation in the feeds.
