[evlatests] Progress on WIDAR Imaging Woes

it might be interesting to try to use our BDF reader to get the data 
into AIPS or CASA directly, bypassing the sdm2ms stage.  that would push 
the problem down the stack by one.  unfortunately it's not a trivial 
endeavor.
