[evlatests] WIDAR CygA at L-band

    The L-band imaging results are consistent with the C-band:

    1) Widar images are rotated by 180 degrees w.r.t. the phase center.

    Both the VLA and EVLA images are poor.  The bandpasses show 
remarkable interference effects, especially at short spacings, 
suggesting beating with another very strong, continuum source.
