Subject: new Monday morning meeting structure

As announced at the last EVLA coordination meeting we will begin to incorporate
science operations targets in preparation for the upcoming EVLA shared risk
observing in the Monday morning meeting, beginning next Monday, July 6. The
structure of the EVLA coordination meeting will be as follows:

9.30-10am: all construction project targets EXCEPT software targets
              relating to shared risk observing

10-11am: software and science operations targets relating to Open
              Shared Risk Observing

The second half of the meeting will begin with software targets (including
CASA), to accommodate the CASA group meeting which begins at 10.30am.

Each week we may focus on one particular area of importance following the
science operations targets. We have many items that need to be completed by
September 1, and this coming Monday we will go through these items and identify
intermediate milestones so that we can ensure all of them are on track.

The monthly EVLA Transitions meeting (first Thursday of the month) will be used
for discussion of longer term Resident Shared Risk Observing issues.

The latest science operations target lists for OSRO and RSRO can be found at
http://www.aoc.nrao.edu/evla/sciops_targets.shtml.

Apologies for any duplicate copies of this email.
