[evlatests] K-Band 180 deg jumps?

as ken says, we cannot support reference pointing with WIDAR, nor do we 
intend to until late in the fall.

i suggest doing WIDAR tests with frequencies that don't require it.

if it is a requirement to do this earlier, tell me now.
