The wind died down enough to allow a check of these three antennas.
1.  26C still does not work.  Perhaps MIke can tweak something
     to make it better.  If not the only hope is to move the antenna
     to its B array location or what until we have EFDAs again.
2.  23 was unpointable because it had autostowed and could not
     be reset.  From earlier experience we expect it to work if
     pointed.
3.  Delays were measured.  Removing the optical splitters changed
     the patchlength by about 5 ns.  This was applied to 13 and 26,
     and, blindly, to 23.

Emmanual will run another test similar to what we did this morning
and after that we will once again revert to the dynamic queue.
