[evlatests] Widar Correlator racks

FYI.  Mike Revnell, Ray Ferraro and I installed all of the Widar rack 
doors and sides today.  We also installed the remaining Station Boards 
we had into the Widar racks (now a total of 7).  Their breakers are on, 
and the front panel switches are on.  All 7 should now be able to be 
turned on by the RPMIB.  We haven't tried this, I probably will 
tomorrow.  There are now station boards in rack S001, slots 0-3 and S002 
slots 0-2.  They're there if anybody else needs to play with them...
