Test battery condition (clean cables and connections).

Inspect all suppression cylinders for proper PSI and agent weight.

Inspect all hoes, nozzles, and piping.

Visually inspect agent area for unsealed penetrations and room integrity

Test Ana Laser II system for proper operation.

Test all smoke detectors, manual releases, rest (abort) buttons and any
other component of the system that falls into the inspection
requirements of the NFPA.

Upon completion of the inspection a report of the findings will be
provided to the NRAO safety officer or his representative.

*(B.)* The following are the procedures that will be followed during
the testing and inspection process.

B.7. Inspect agent area for unsealed penetrations and room integrity

B.8. Re-enable GCA’s

The electrical shunt trip at this point will not be tested during
this semi annual test/inspection, but plans for the accidental tripping
of the shunt should be visited. I have requested a meeting concerning
this semi annual test/inspection on 10-February-2009 @ 2:00 PM. I
submitted request for AOC conference room 280 and VLA video conference
room. I am planning to conduct the testing and inspection on
25-February-2009.
