[evlatests] [HelpDesk #28604] memory on mctest

I have two 2GB sticks for a PowerEdge 2850.  Monday is a maint. day
so are people ok with me shutting down mctest on monday, say about
10am.  And, if so, would y'all be ok with me also rebooting lando
to test an Oracle fix?  This will require parking the array.
