ea05, a Widar antenna, has suffered a gear box failure and is out of
service for at least two months.  The station board in rack 2, slot 3
has a broken connector (Kerry can describe this in more detail).

To maximize the number of working stations available for  Widar
Linda will connect the signals from ea01, which was connected to
the broken station board to the station board in rack 1, slot 1,
which was connected to the broken antenna.

In summary, the changes are:

rack1, slot 1 is now connected to ea01
rack2, slot 3 is now unconnected
