I tried to see how often antennas do not setup properly at
a new scan by using a sequence of 24 one minute scans
alternating between K and Q bands.  This exercises both
synthesizers, the subreflector, the downconverters,  and
the bandswitch, but not the deformatters.

The following problems occured:
ea25 FRM failed once
ea13 FRM failed twice
ea13 BD did not fringe once; there were no flags.
         This sounds like an L302 that did not lock.
