[evlatests] VLA antenna flags missing?

There was a 'baselines' run last night 00:40-05:45 UT.
The antennas spend about 1/3 of that duration slewing
around the sky. I loaded the data as usual, with the
online flags applied to reject off-source (slew) times.

It is clear that no VLA antennas are flagged at any
time, whereas all EVLA antennas are correctly flagged
while slewing.

Any ideas on what may have changed recently and when?
I'm absolutely sure data from Feb 16 was fine. Anyone
have suitable recent data to check when this started?
