[evlatests] C-band update

    A test late this afternoon was done to check sensitivity of the 
antennas at C-band.

    There is little change from three days ago.  Some EVLA antennas have 
improved:  1, 5, 21, 24, 25, and 26 are improved, but not as good as 
they should be.
    Antenna 19 is seriously bad.  Not only are is the sensitivity low by 
a factor of about 4, but the sensitivity is a strong function of 
elevation.  I could imagine liquid water moving about as the antenna 
tilts (the observations were taken very near transit). 
    Antenna 13 was in the array this time -- this is the most 
sensitivite EVLA antenna -- with Teff ~ 50 K.  Close, but not quite at, 
the project requirements.
