    The consequences of whatever is causing the oscillating gains on the 
EVLA antennas is more serious than I had thought.  By comparison of the 
correlation coefficients against data taken last week, on the same 
source, when the oscillatory phenomenon was not evident, show that ALL 
EVLA antennas are down in sensitivity by a factor of about two.  VLA 
antennas show the same correlation coefficients as before.
