Launched a couple of weeks ago, RadarSat-2 functions much like
TerraSar-X, but at C-band (5.405 GHz) with a bandwidth of 100 MHz (the
allocation is 5.35 - 5.46 GHz). Its predecessor in the band,
RadarSat-1, has had no obvious effect on radio astronomy C-band
observations, as far as I am aware.
