[evlatests] 4-band report

    A check was done this afternoon of 4-band functionality.   Two 
antennas were out for maintenance (19, 23), and two are out of service 
(9, 15).    Of the others:

    A) Antennas which don't fringe at all:   8.  (Has no dipole mounted 
due to broken rope). 

    B) Antennas with low fringe power:  13 (IF A), 24 (IF A).

    C)  Antennas with equal amplitudes in all correlations (meaning that 
a dipole is not connected to the polarizer): 
             2, 14, 16, and 17. 

    All others are working as expected.
