[evlatests] Some issues found ...

With some spare time this morning, a 'fast dump' stress test was
run. Antennas 3 and 20 were both out of the array. All others fringed
at least part of the time. Two sources were observed twice each (as in
#1, #2, #1, #2), at each band.

    1) I've already reported on the multiple levels for 2D and 5B (seen
at all bands, of course).

    2) Antenna 1 is in sad shape -- the sensitivity is low, by a
factor of about two, at all bands. Can't be pointing, or a specific
receiver. The data are being intermittently flagged at all bands.

    3) P-Band: No fringes from 1, 2, 4, or 5. (And, of course, 16).
                       Sensitivity in 24A, 26A and 26 C, is low by a
factor of a few. (Also, amongst the VLA antennas, 7B, 7D, 15B and 15D
are low sensitivity).

    4) L-Band: Antenna 25B has poor sensitivity.

    5) C-Band: Antenna 24 has sensitivity low by a factor of about 4
in all IFs. All others (other than antenna 1) seem close to normal
levels. Water?

    6) K-Band: The 'initialization' troubles noted earlier are here --
but only for one of the two sources observed.
