[evlatests] end of an era

Someone suggested I explain - several years ago, when we moved the 
Modcomps to prepare the new correlator room, the operator area was 
sectioned off to house the Modcomps. This loss of space greatly 
decreased the operator work area, eliminating any personal work space. 
We would very much like to reclaim this space and rearrange the 
control room to make a better working area for the operators.

Peggy tells me there are no funds available for the reconstruction, 
but I'm serious - could not these funds be allocated?
