Antenna 14 has the L301-2 removed due to a (probably) failed MIB.  The 
network switch could see the link, but the MIB would not communicate at 
all (via slot ID or MIB number).  We had no spare L301 rev-A modules so 
the L301 is now in the lab being repaired.  This means that X, K, and Q 
bands will still work at all 4 IFs, but 4, P, L, and C-bands will only 
work on IFs A/C.

Antennas 13 and 18 were victims of some fiber work done yesterday in 
preparation for next week's activities.  The trunk fiber had 
accidentally been kinked causing low optical power to these antennas.
