[evlatests] 9sep07 X band quickie report

AO224 X-band standard continuum, 3.3s integrations, mostly fast switching

Very similar, but not identical, to the same observations on 8sep07.

* VLA ant. 6: all IFs show a sine wave in Tsys with a period of about 3 minutes,
   continuous across source changes.  Amplitude about 1 K out of 40 K.
   Not seen on 8sep07.

* VLA ant. 15: IF C shows oscillating (eye pattern) amplitudes and
   jumpy phases on the calibrator.  Phases are constant on the (undetected!)
   source.  8sep07 had much less dramatic variations.

* EVLA ant. 11 & 18: IFs AC show 50d phase jumps (in synch) within most
   scans.  Ant. 11 showed the same thing on 8sep07; ant. 18 was less severe
   (only two such jumps) on 8sep07.

* EVLA ant. 13: data in first set of scans was fine this time (in contrast
   to 8sep07 and 10sep07)

* EVLA ant. 14: another fast wrap (~360d in 1 min) on one scan, as
   on 8sep07.

* VLA  ant. 20: random phases on one calibrator scan, then returns
   to the same phase as before

* EVLA ant. 23: no step in Tsys this time (vs. 8sep07 data).
