[evlatests] Ant. 24C shredded levels

    The 'shredded' (multiple-level) data are now gone.  However, the 
amplitudes are extremely low -- presumably due to delay errors.  Ken S. 
is currently doing something with the system, and I've asked him to 
check the delays.
