Yesterday it seemed to work except that the polarizations
were swapped.  Today the ploarizations are the right way
around but there is something wrong.

Power levels at the downconverter are very high and when a decent
sampler RMS is achieved there is no powere at the T5 until the
FIR gain in the deformatter is increeased from 8 to about 23.
Even then there is no SD signal and it fringes only very weakly.

Something seems to be out of kilter.
