[evlatests] Global Phase Jumps, continued ...

'Stress' tests done yesterday indicate that the 'global' EVLA-VLA
phase jumps appear to be triggered only by changing the BW (or Fluke
synthesizer).

Yesterday's test used the following sequence of observations:

    a) Three consecutive scan of the same source at L-band, BW=50 MHz,
standard frequencies.

    b) A single observation of the same source at P-band, BW = 3.125 MHz.

    c) A single observation of the source at C-band, BW = 50 MHz

    d) A pair of observations of the source at X-band, BW = 50 MHz.

    e) Single observations at K and Q bands, with BW = 50 MHz.

This sequence was run three times.

    Results:

There are no global phase jumps between the consecutive observations
at L-band or X-band.

There are global jumps between the sequences. The value of the
jumps are different between AC and BD IFs, and are different for each
band.
