I loaded the two subarrays into AIPS.

The basic file structures seem fine for both subarrays.  UV amplitudes on 
about half of the baselines look somewhat reasonable (ie constant in time 
or slowly changing over several minutes), but the relative amplitudes of 
these seem quite inconsistent with each other.  Differences in TANT/TSYS 
as reported in the TY table are too small to be the cause.  Either IDCAF 
or the vispipe/array processor are doing something bad it seems.  My guess 
is the later given that subarray 1 is treated identically in idcaf for the 
1 and 2 subarray cases.
