Running Modcomp-free.

First part of day spent in fooling with parameters in the database -
antenna locations due to the move, modem swaps, large delay errors.

There are still known delay errors, which I will correct later this
evening.  (I collected the data, then did more interesting things
than stuffing it into the database.)

Planetary tracking based on major planet name or on position and derivative
seem to work.  (I forgot to check whether the planet position shows up
in the output stream - I put in the code to do so.  Somebody could have
a look (source names VENUS1 and VENUS2).

Minor glitch with CMP found & remedied (off by one on DCS count, so 
DCS 33 octal wasn't being processed).

I tried firing up two subarrays by submitting both files simultaneously.
This got the system very confused.  However, if I got one subarray up
and running, then added the second (with disjoint antenna sets), things
seemed to get up and running.  Except.... Either D10 or Idcaf is pretty
confused.  A couple of baselines I looked at had fringes scattered pretty
badly among the AC/BD slots.  The antsol display is even more confused -
it effectively isn't working at all.

Three (or four) antennas didn't get fringes at X band, probably due to 
bad parameters in the database:  VA01, VA03, VA25.  (VA05 worked at high
elevations, probably due to large rotation pointing error.)
