Ant 21's move went very well!  It came up as soon as the fiber was 
hooked up and levels looked good.

Ant 16's F317 is now talking, but the C-band may still have problems. 
The FE group is checking into this problem.

Ant 19 has an F14 problem which seems to be causing missing monitors and 
missing 9.6 Hz cals.  The L301-1 is now talking properly also.

Ant 17 has a bad RTPM fiber with an extra 10 dB of loss.  We are working 
on it, but it is not used at this time.
