[evlatests] Q band, antenna 26

After much trial and error it appears that the Q band receiver
is not connected to the sky.  I pointed EVLA antennas at the
sun while at Q band: all the other antennas showed the expected
large response in TP and fringed among themselves, antenna 26
did not change at all in TP.  Was a cover left on the feed?

To be sure that the Q band receiver is connected to the
downconverter, I turned of the cals for Q band and saw the
SD signals at the T5 go away.
