[evlatests] EVLA 4-Band Test

The FE Group is planning to hang the dipoles in antenna 21 and antenna 
17 on Monday, 7 May (preferably early in the day). We will take them 
down Friday, 11 May (preferably later in the afternoon).

These two antennas were selected because:
1) they have the converters
2) there is good separation between them
3) looks as if all but one of the capable antennas, move early in the 
schedule anyway

Any suggestions, objections, acquiescence?
