Antenna 23
Q band sort of works.  Pointing is close, delays and focus
and BD attenuators have been set.  However the amplitude
changes by a lot on timescales of tens of minutes.  It might
be a pointing problem, but the TP measured in the T304 also
changes by 2 to 3 dB on about the same time scale.  We should
watch it for a while and see if it settles down or continues.

P band.
Antennas 14, 17, 21 and 23 all work at P band.  Antennas 17
was working but did not have a rotation setting in the DB
and was being flagged.


The EVLA antennas were not being flagged.  The flagger process
which conveys flags to the Modcomps was not there and Rich
restarted it.  Given that this disappears with the Modcomps
I would not put much effort into understanding where it went.
