[evlatests] more on EVLA C-band

Attached is a pdf plot showing the high frequency end C-band response,
in the area where it is more X than C-band, using all EVLA antennas
with a C-band receiver.  The y-axis shows the rms in arbitrary units.
The predicted resonances are clearly visible.
