[evlatests] System Check, Friday 23 march.

I found a spare 30 minutes to check the system. Continuum, 50 MHz
(except at P-band, 3 MHz), fast dumping. Nothing sophisticated.
Antenna 24 was out of the array. All other EVLA antennas were
pointing.

    Results:

P-Band. Antennas 14, 17, 23 are all working fine on all four IFs.

L-Band: No fringes from 21 -- still no receiver installed? All
others are o.k.

C-Band: No receiver in 23. Erratic or no fringes from 26, which is
claimed to have a receiver.
Very poor SNR from 13 and 17.

X-Band: 21, which worked earlier this week in IFs B and D, is
giving garbage in all IFs now.
14 is low by 40% in SNR. 17, 18, and 23 low by
20%. (These are low priority problems).

    K-Band: Nothing from 21. 14 and 18 give very poor sensitivity, 13,
17, 23, and 26 are poor. Only antenna 16 has good sensitivity.
However, referenced pointing failed for most EVLA antennas, so some
fraction -- perhaps all -- of the poor sensitivities are from poor
pointing. In addition, the weather was not good.

Q-Band: Antennas 14 and 17 are fringing, but at a level so low as
to render them effectively dead. Antennas 17, 21, 23 and 26 have no
receiver. Antennas 13 and 16 look o.k. Same comments about pointing
and weather apply here. Referenced pointing failed on all EVLA antennas.
