[evlatests] P-Band Pulsing

    I forgot to mention an extraordinary effect seen in today's P-band 
data.  We got regular pulses in amplitude, on all baselines, which were 
easily visible in the phases as well, on IFs A and C.  The period was 17 
seconds.  No such effect seen on IFs B and D.  (AC frequency - 327.5, BD 
frequency = 321.5 MHz).  Looks like real external pulsations, from 
somewhere far from the antenna beam.
