[evlatests] BB240 - Complete failure - script aborted

Yes, the operator called Bryan, but evidently he's out of cell phone 
range. We then called Barry who said it's a known problem. Ken called 
later to tell us it was a mal-formed observe file.

Now, we have cmp problems. Dave has notified Pete, who is working on it.
