[evlatests] Modcomp-free baselines: weird.

Good fringes on all except 13 (all 4 IFs weak).

Two surprizes:

Flags during source changes/slews were not working at all.
Worked very well two days ago (see previous email).

Baselines unsolvable on any antenna, including VLA ones recently
solved in the modcomp-on era, and unmoved since. VLA antennas
don't seem to be in the same frame by many cm; they also seem to
be looking at different a-priori positions (and K-terms) since
June 02. Neither subset looks good using a reference antenna
from either set. This is my current state of mind after wrestling
with it today - further assault on this tomorrow is planned;
actually I hope this will jog someone's memory and they can
tell me what broke or what to look for.
