[evlatests] Missing Modcomp-Free data

Where-ever did you get a number like 99%? This is the first I've heard
about it. When Ken and I profiled CPU Usage in the most extreme
spectral line case, we would occasionally get jumps of up the < 60%,
probably more like 40%. Nothing at all to be alarmed about IMO.
