[evlatests] 'Shredded' Levels

    I asked this morning if there were any reports of the 'shredded 
level' problem having been noted over the past few weeks. 

To refresh, this is the multiple-level amplitude state, where an 
antenna-IF shows rapidly changing amplitudes (on the 418 ms scale), with 
these amplitudes being at about 5 very well defined levels. 

    Antenna 11A is showing this behavior on a test done late Monday 
afternoon. 

    No other EVLA antenna-IF is showing this characteristic.
