[evlatests] AG745 source names when fast-switching

AG745 was observed Modcomp-based on June 18, using fast switching.  As 
FILLMed, the the derived name for the primary is 12249+03308 and for the 
secondary is 12406-00293.

AG745 was observed Modcomp-free on July 15, using fast switching as above. 
As FILLMed, the newly-derived name for the primary is 12248+03308 and for 
the secondary is 12405-00292.

The source naming convention when fast-switching seems to have changed.
