[evlatests] AG745 source names when fast-switching

AG745 was observed with the Modcomps on June 18, using fast switching. In 
the web archive, the derived name for the primary is 12249+03308 and for 
the secondary is 12406-00293.

AG745 was observed Modcomp-free on June 30, using fast switching as above. 
In the web archive, the newly-derived name for the primary is 1224+035 and 
for the secondary is 1240+005.

A small issue is that the secondary, near the equator, is clearly being 
misnamed.

A bigger issue is that the source naming convention when fast-switching 
seems to have changed.  - Joan
