[evlatests] Subarrays

This might not be new information.  Depending on what was running as the 
new script was started it is possible that it was a latent command from 
the earlier scripts that haunted the correlator -- this is a known problem 
with a fix in the works.  I;m not sure though if this is an instance of 
this problem.
